Steps TO DINING AND SHOPPING

Glacier Hideaways is located on Nucleus Avenue, the main street in Columbia Falls. Just outside the building you’ll find several local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutique shops, a grocery store, hair and nail salon, bowling alley, and more! Everything you need is just steps away.

No need to worry about parking, as your condo includes a dedicated off-street parking space right near the entry.

Amenities THAT IMPRESS!

Located downstairs is Monaco Steakhouse and Sports Bar. Grab a delicious bite to eat, enjoy a refreshing drink, play a round of golf on the simulators, or try your luck in the casino - all without having to leave the building!

The building also includes a full gym - complete with cardio and strength training equipment. Gym access is provided during your stay.

Near ALL THE MUST-SEE SIGHTS

It’s just a 20 minute drive to Glacier National Park, a 15 minute drive to Downtown Whitefish, and a 35 minute drive to Flathead Lake.

Just outside is Flathead River (perfect for floating down on a Summer day), endless hiking trails, and countless things to do. This is an outdoor enthusiasts dream!

Plus, Glacier Park International Airport in Kalispell is just 10 minutes away so you can start your vacation right away.

Frequently Asked QUESTIONS

  • It’s just a 10 minute drive to/from Glacier Park International Airport in Kalispell. Major airlines such as Delta, American Airlines, and Alaska Airlines offer flights to and from Kalispell.

  • It comes down to personal preference, but it would definitely be easier to explore the Flathead Valley with your own rental car. Having a car will give you the freedom to drive Going To The Sun Road in Glacier National Park, or to drive down to Flathead Lake at your leisure. With that being said, if you simply plan to relax at the condo, there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

  • While we don’t live on site, our home is located just a few minutes away in Columbia Falls so we are happy to meet you at the condo, or pop over if you need assistance with anything. Our level of interaction is up to you, so if you prefer to not meet us, that’s cool too.

  • The West Entrance to Glacier National Park is just a 20 minute drive from the condo!

  • There is SO much to do in the Flathead Valley! Explore Downtown Whitefish, take a dip in Whitefish Lake, drive down to Flathead Lake, pick up some fresh cherries in Bigfork, rent kayaks, go hiking, visit the local shops and boutiques, hop from restaurant to coffee shop, visit a Farmers Market, go to a local Range Riders baseball game…. the list goes on and on! If you’re visiting in the Winter, there’s skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing, and more!

  • Well, we’ve lived here for over 4 years and we still haven’t done everything there is to do, so that’s a hard question to answer. Most people visit for 3 to 10 days - you’ll just need to prioritize the things you want to see and do during your time here. Any visit is a good visit, so stay as long as you can. You can always come back again soon to explore more!
